Netmarble is planning a celebration for The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin at Los Angeles on March 14. This L.A. Live event has participants enjoying game demos with those lucky enough getting the chance to take home giveaways. It's an opportunity to experience the world of Britannia early for a very limited time.
The event itself is happening from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. At the venue, people can try out the demo of the game, pick a lucky draw, and have their pictures taken in a 360-degree photo booth, to name a few. The highlight though is the 50 Elizabeths who are going to be present to welcome fans and pose for pictures. For those not familiar with the source materials, Elizabeth is one of the main heroes, whose warmth and friendliness have made her a beloved character.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is releasing on March 23 and to be available for the PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam along with mobile platforms. Those on PS5 and PC though can play early on March 16.
What this means is that attendees to the event can learn about the game and what it offers. Those who can't attend need not worry since there's going to be an official livestream happening ahead of the on-site activation. It's divided into two parts with the first one highlighting key gameplay features and revealing exclusive launch rewards and benefits. The second part streams live from L.A. Live alongside the 50 Elizabeths and hosted by popular influencer LilyPichu.
The game is based on the popular Japanese manga and anime The Seven Deadly Sins. The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin follows the success of The Seven Deadly Sins: GRAND CROSS, a RPG which has managed to exceed 70 million downloads worldwide. The game is developed by the same team and features a multiverse storyline which is original to the game. It offers players the chance to experience an expansive open world across the continent of Britannia where they can collect heroes from The Seven Deadly Sins and Four Knights of the Apocalypse. Players can customize their combat style and shape their adventure.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is currently open for pre-registration on Google Play, the App Store, and the official website. Those excited about the game can wishlist it on PlayStation 5 and Steam.
