Netmarble announced that The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is now available on all platforms. That means the PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam along with mobile through Google Play and App Store.
The game was first released in Early Play on PlayStation 5 and Steam on March 16. With this release, the title has now expanded across all supported platforms and allows players to seamlessly experience the adventure across console, PC, and mobile. The mobile version in particular offers a dedicated interface and UI sizing optimized for mobile devices. Players can freely switch across console, PC, and mobile devices with a single account to enjoy playing.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin has players step into the role of Tristan and explore Britannia. They set out to restore order to a world thrown into chaos by the collision of time and space. The journey can be enjoyed solo or cooperatively with up to five players, including the host player.
Celebrating the Launch
In celebration of the launch, there are in-game rewards offered to everyone. Players can receive as much as 59,000 Star Fragments and 90 Regular Hero Draw Tickets. There are also special launch events the give further rewards like the SSR hero Guila, the SSR weapon Black Flame Wings Lance, an SSR Crafted Weapon Selection Chest, 60 Regular Hero Draw, 10 Hero Pick Up Draw Tickets, and 4,300 Star Fragments.
The studio also shared in a statement that there are additional grand launch celebration events that include a special mission event that provides materials to craft two SR Engraved Equipment and one SSR Engraved Equipment. There is also dedicated growth support content designed to help players progress faster.
A special Pick-Up event that features Meliodas is also underway, alongside a limited-time event running until April 8, where players can obtain his exclusive costume "Sacred Treasure: Demon Sword Lostvayne."
The game is based on the popular Japanese manga and anime The Seven Deadly Sins. The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin follows the success of The Seven Deadly Sins: GRAND CROSS, a RPG which has managed to exceed 70 million downloads worldwide. The game is developed by the same team and features a multiverse storyline which is original to the game. It offers players the chance to experience an expansive open world across the continent of Britannia where they can collect heroes from The Seven Deadly Sins and Four Knights of the Apocalypse. Players can customize their combat style and shape their adventure.
