Netmarble announced that players on PlayStation 5 and Steam can now experience the world of The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin. Those on mobile and other platforms need to wait until the official launch which is March 23.
This means those on PS5 and Steam can now step into the role of Tristan early and explore Britannia. They’ll have a head start when it comes to restoring order to a world that’s been thrown into chaos by the collision of time and space. This adventure can be enjoyed solo or cooperatively with up to five players.
As part of this early access, the studio has launched a special social media event. Fans can participate through the game’s official social channels and earn generous rewards. Full details are available on platforms including Facebook and X.
Mobile Version
Leading up to the release on mobile platforms, players can pre-register on Google Play, the App Store, and the official website. Pre-registered players receive various rewards that include a guaranteed character “Tioreh,” draw tickets, and a powerful weapon “Skyborne Gale Dual Swords,” to name a few.
The game is based on the popular Japanese manga and anime The Seven Deadly Sins. The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin follows the success of The Seven Deadly Sins: GRAND CROSS, a RPG which has managed to exceed 70 million downloads worldwide. The game is developed by the same team and features a multiverse storyline which is original to the game. It offers players the chance to experience an expansive open world across the continent of Britannia where they can collect heroes from The Seven Deadly Sins and Four Knights of the Apocalypse. Players can customize their combat style and shape their adventure.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin has been optimized to deliver a premium open-world RPG experience across different platforms. At launch, the studio shared in a statement that that game supports 12 languages and thus ensures accessibility for players around the world. The game follows the epic journey of Tristan and Tioreh. As they travel across the continent of Britannia, they encounter familiar characters from the series, like Meliodas, as they engage in intense battles and lighthearted adventures.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is now available on PC via Steam and PlayStation 5. It’s officially launching on March 23 through Google Play and the App Store.
