For the creative minds in the Conan Exiles Enhanced community, there's still time to be part of the "Forge Your Legacy" Community Modding Contest. Participants are invited to come up with original mods with a total prize pool of $3,000 up for grabs.
To join, participants need to create an original mod for the Conan Exiles Enhanced UE5 version of the game. They then need to upload it to the Steam Workshop platform. In addition, all unique mods that have been uploaded to the Steam Workshop on or after May 5, 2026, remain eligible.
Participants can submit their project link and details through the official submission form here.
The Loot
The top ten unique mods get to claim their share of the prize pool which are:
- 1st Place: $1,000
- 2nd Place: $600
- 3rd Place: $350
- 4th – 10th Place: $150 each
The competition is also going to award three honorable mentions among the Top 10 most popular mods. These are to be chosen by community vote and receive a $300 prize each.
Criteria
So how are judges scoring the submissions? For starters, 40% is for the Fun Factor. Meaning, is it fun to play the mod? Then 30% is for Originality. That means how new, creative, and unique the mod is. Finally, 30% is for the Visual Aesthetic and all about how visually eye catching is the mod.
Timeline
For the timeline, all submissions are accepted until August 2. Judging then starts the next day on August 3. Meanwhile, the community is going to be voting for the Top 10 finalists on August 11. Winners are then announced on August 14.
Conan Exiles Enhanced is an upgrade that moves Conan Exiles into Unreal Engine 5. It unifies eight years of post‑launch content while at the same time give the world of Conan a sweeping visual refresh. Changes include the sharply improved environments, character models, lighting, and effects. There's also the redesigned UI along with numerous QoL upgrades.
One of the key features of Conan Exiles Enhanced is that it allows players to freely travel between The Exiled Lands and The Isle of Siptah. This is because the two massive regions have been integrated and connected which resulted in eliminating the need to choose a map at character creation or start over to explore both. In addition, the multiplayer servers can host both regions simultaneously which should expand the playable space for communities that own the Siptah expansion.
