Vampires: Bloodlord Rising Arrives in Steam Early Access

It's time to rise from a decades long slumber and claim that rightful place as Vampires: Bloodlord Rising is now in Early Access. Players take on the rol of Dragos as they fight the inquisition and build an imposing castle as a symbol of their growing powers.

In a statement, Mehuman Games shared that players can look forward to a lot of content with the Early Access version. It features five unique biomes along with co-op multiplayer for up to four players. It also offers an engaging core story.

The studio also went on to say that over the course of the Early Access phase, they plan to add new content while at the same time expand all gameplay system from castle building to exploration and character development. This phase is also meant to serve as a way to obtain invaluable feedback from the community.

Vampires: Bloodlord Rising features a dark open-world adventure where players awaken as a Vampire Lord. They've become weak with the land of Sangavia being cursed. They now have to rebuild their fallen castle since its heart, the Castle Core, remains pulsing with ancient hunger. To fuel the Core with blood, they'll have to unlock new regions and discover hidden areas that's shrouded in mist. Ultimately, they have to reclaim their power in a dark action-adventure with castle building, exploration and RPG elements.

Players can rebuild their fortress and shape it to their will. The towering halls, secret chambers, and gothic spires rise from the night. The castle serves as their refuge, their power, and the true symbol of their growing dominion. The world is filled with prey and to regain their strengths and fuel dark rituals, they can feed on humans and beasts that roam the night. Get to command loyal vampire thralls to serve their will, from crafting, hunting, and building to protecting the dark empire.
