It's time to prepare for a new Tyrian escapade in Guild Wars 2. That's because Visions of Eternity is now live in the game. Players are invited to explore a new land and forge new legendary weapons and equipment. They can also master new abilities as they go after the Inquest and attempt to put a stop to their latest scheming.
Visions of Eternity is planned to unfold over the course of four major releases. After today's launch, players can look forward to seeing three updates released. That said, for now everyone can enjoy new elite specializations, master new skimmer abilities, and even unlock a magical new island map for their homestead. They can also use homestead layouts to save and share their decoration placements. Of course, players can start earning new rewards.

To celebrate the expansion, players can get their hands on Twitch Drops. It's already available today and runs until November 2. Simply head on over to any Twitch channel streaming Guild Wars 2 content and watch for a total of eight hours before the campaign ends to earn fun rewards.
