Welcome to Paradise Island is Now on Steam

The JRPG Welcome to Paradise Island is now available on Steam. It's currently being offered at 20% off which ends September 14.

The game was developed by Resta! and was released August 31. As of this writing it has Mostly Positive reviews on Steam.

It's Paradisiem Island

The game tells the story of you and your friends going on a vacation. You are all on the sea when suddenly the boat is taken to an unknown island that's in another world. Called as Paradisiem Island, it's small and has one village. The thing is, according to the village chief, your arrival has been foretold by the Guardian Deity of the island. They want you to help and bring the island back to its former glory.

This has a purpose since you need the powers of the Guardian Deity to return to your home world. The powers of the Guardian Deity though is based on the number of people who worship them. To make sure that there are enough people, you'll have to make sure that the number of tourists on the island increases. To do that you'll have to turn it into a popular tourist destination

Explore the Island

The main thing to do in the game is to explore the island and discover everything that it has to offer. There are five companions available, and you can choose one and then visit the different areas. These include, among others, the Paradisiem Forest or the Vienni Quarry. Once there you have to gather various materials like wood, ore, stone, and even gems. All of these can be used to develop the island further. Those lucky enough can obtain premium items which can then be sold at the shop.

Once the Shop opens up, it is when you can buy and craft special items which in turn assist you in gathering more items, work more efficiently, and even improve the bonds you have with your friends.

Take on Missions

It's not all exploring since there are different missions available. This should be enough to ensure that you're busy every day. Finish missions and be rewarded with useful items that can help in gathering or even drafting new resources. There are even people that may even give unique special rewards.
