The Legacy of Crassus event is making a return to New World: Aeternum. However, things are going to be a bit different with Crassus now not only stronger but also more relentless. The event runs from March 11 to March 31.
The battle in this upcoming event is sure to be more intense than ever with the forces Crassus returning stronger. They've invaded the southern lands and even unleashed the cyclops Lucanus and Decimus. That means adventurers have to hunt down the war machines of General Crassus and try to banish the shadow of Roman tyranny.
Loot System
While this is indeed a challenge, adventurers should be happy to know that the loot drops have improved. This is to allow for a more meaningful progression. The new loot everyone can look forward to is the GS 710 versions of Crassus’ exclusive weapons and armor. To maintain fairness and challenge, adventurers can only earn one GS 710 item per day.
Standard Rewards
Each time adventurers defeat Lucanus and Decimus, they get to obtain one of these rewards:
- A random weapon or armor piece at their level (90% chance)
- A special Named item from Brimstone Sands or greater Aeternum (10% chance)
Now unlike the daily bonus rewards, it's possible to defeat the world boss multiple times in one day to get additional rewards.
Reward Spotlight
Those able to beat the level 70 vicious brutes can receive event-specific items. However, to receive the rewards, adventurers need to deal at least 1,000 damage. Each run gives you a Normal Box (Unlimited) and a Bonus Box (3/day).
