Publishing label Herocraft PC announced that Anvil Saga is all set to leave Earl Access on Steam with 1.0 coming out on November 16. The full game adds the final chapter of Arthur’s story along with new mechanics and even a new plague. Overall, it should take around 10 hours to finish the first walkthrough of the story.
Anvil Saga was released in Early Access back in June 2020. Since then, the team over at Pirozhok Studio worked to expand the game and made sure to hurdle the challenges. Get to learn more about the team and their stories here.
Turn the Business Around
In the game, players are challenged to run what appears to be a ramshackle blacksmith shop and turn it to a successful enterprise. They’ll need to expand the smithy by constructing new rooms and underground facilities. Each of the rooms have to be outfitted with the right furniture and décor.
Deal with Customers
They'll need to deal with different kinds of people from merchants, priests, soldiers, and even local bandits. Players also need to manage their workers, each one having particular quirks.
It’s important for players to remember that they have to maintain their reputation especially when it comes to the conflicting factions since each one offers protection and bonuses for the smithy. How each order is filled and how players deal with each of the factions has an influence on the game world. These should lead to some fun, tragic, or even bewildering results.
Manage Orders
When it comes to orders, the trick is to look out for the unique ones that pay a premium. These can be a baron who wants to gift his daughter a beautiful ring or a knight looking for a one-of-a-kind sword. Manage orders well and increase prestige level to attract famous and rich customers.
To make all of these happen, players have to bring in workers. Now each one comes with different skills sets, needs, salary levels, and personalities. They also need to make the workers happy by putting up special facilities, installing new amenities, and decorating the rooms. In addition, they have to equip these same workers with special tools so they can work faster.
The price of the game is set to increase once the full version is out. To enjoy the old price, get Anvil Saga on Steam now.
