Digital Extremes announced that Prime Caliban is now available in Warframe. This new form sees Caliban having increased energy, shields, and even an extra Attack Polarity to the Arsenal. Caliban’s signature scythe, which is Venato Prime, helps slice across those foolish enough to get too close.
Caliban is the heir of two kingdoms and an ancient survivor of The Old War. Forged in a fragile partnership between the Orokin and Sentients, Caliban Prime represents a masterpiece collaboration between the two most powerful tech empires in any known star system. This version can dash forward as a spinning vortex to cut down enemies, slam the ground to create a radial shockwave suspending surviving assailants mid-air, summon Prime Sentient constructs to further damage foes, or buff defenses. Prime Caliban can even melt down larger enemies in a cone of three Tau energy streams that converge into one brutal beam of destruction.
In addition to the signature melee scythe Venato Prime, Caliban Prime also has a new long-distance rifle known as Vadarya Prime. This electrifying covert weapon turns struck enemies into lightning rods and has a chance for bolts of lightning that can chain jump to nearby targets.
Players can expand the cosmetic accessory options with:
- The Tauron Prime Regalia outfit for the Operator and Drifter
- The Neurovyre Prime Syandana backpiece
- Exclusive Caliban Prime Glyphs
- 90-Day Affinity and Resource Boosters
Players have a chance to earn Caliban Prime for free, along with his signature weapons. To do this, they have to collect the required Blueprints via Void Relics and craft his components in the Foundry. To instantly unlock Caliban Prime, different packs are available from the Official Warframe website.
