Demo of Eldritch Escape is Now on Steam

Krystone Games announced that a demo of Eldritch Escape is now available via Steam. With this, players can now explore decaying realms and try to exterminate hordes of symbiote aliens.

The demo has players experience the first realm which is the Brood Mother’s Garden. They also get the chance to test their skills against two world bosses who are the Bone Horror and Toxic Horror. Check out the demo here.

Eldritch Escape invites players to a cyberpunk and post-apocalyptic frontier. It’s a world where humanity is on the brink of extinction. Players start with a team composed of survivors that include a skilled marksman, an honorable samurai, and a supportive biomancer. The group go on a journey to restore what remains.

Fight to Survive

The game has players travel across a portal network of connecting realms, from the underwater depths of the Cthulhu’s domain to a desert kingdom ruled by an oppressive king. Along the way they get to fight against waves of enemies and collect any loot they drop along the way. Those who die lose all of their gathered materials and return with only their life. However, for those daring enough, they can attempt to reclaim their hard-earned resources during the next attempt or risk losing it to the void forever.

It’s All About Extraction

During their expeditions, plates can gather resources from other realms to make sure that humanity survives. One of the resources is a raw space material known as Morphite, which when levelled up can give the party temporary battle boosts. Aside from extraction, players can also collect another resource called Solidite from killing enemies. For those who need resources immediately, they can look for vendors who are offering tempting trades. However, be careful since these deals could improve stats permanently but at the cost of maximum health reductions, regeneration speeds, and more.
