Demo of Pry Into The Void is Now on Steam Free

A demo of the upcoming game Pry Into The Void is now available on Steam. This bleak monster-taming RPG is inspired by the Shin Megami Tensei series and scheduled to be released not only for the PC but also for consoles.

For the demo, players can enjoy the extended story sequences along with the new cutscenes. Everyone can also check out the new gameplay mechanics like "Battle Challenges," which is sure to add that extra dimension to combat. There are also some significant improvements and even support for Steam Deck.

Along with the release of the demo, a new trailer for the game has also been released. This once gives us a peek onto the dark and enigmatic world of the game. A Dying World

Pry Into The Void is a dark and monster-taming RPG and is the first tile in Project: Retched Garden. In the game, players are invited to a dying world that’s filled with moral dilemmas and even soul-searching encounters. Players take on the role of Josef, a young man who has been thrust into the Void to face a sinister force that’s draining the world of its life force.

While the quest may be difficult, Josef actually has the unique ability to look into the hearts of monsters. As a result, he has a chance to recruit these creatures and to do so have to engage them in deep and soulful conversations. The game challenges players to work their way across complex moral choices while at the same time exploit the weaknesses of the enemy through strategic and turn-based combat. Of course, they’ll also need to build a team of allies to help them in this dangerous journey.

The combination of the branching narrative and focus on personal morality results in the game offering that thought-provoking experience which not only resonates with in-game characters but even the players themselves.
