Those looking for a new gameplay experience in Diablo IV, there's good news! The first against the darkness gets a boost with the arrival of an adaptive apex predator who comes from the jungles of Nahantu. Prepare to meet a new class with the Spiritborn. This one can summon the unique strength of different guardians. The Spiritborn class joins the battle this October 8.
What are the Spiritborn? They are versatile warriors who are able to combine devastating three-hit-combo attacks with acrobatic fluidity to release a potent display of their ferocity. They're basically masters when it comes to hand-to-hand combat and can deal out lethality at close range. This is made possible through the ability to extend their wrath with the help of spirit energy and their favored demon-slaying implement, the glaive. In addition, their physical prowess lets them block or dodge incoming strikes, absorbing this power for themselves or redirecting it back at their aggressors.
The New Expansion
The new Spiritborn class arrives to the game as part of the Vessel of Hatred expansion. Aside from the new class, there's also a lot to look forward to when it comes to new content. One of these is the new region which is Nahantu. There’s going to be new Towns to discover along with new dungeons and Strongholds where they can take on new enemies.
It goes without saying that players need to prepare for a new campaign. In this one, they’ll have to search for Neyrelle which takes them deep into an ancient jungle. Along the way they’ll learn more about what Mephisto is planning and hopefully put an end to his corruption once and for all.
The silver lining is that when it comes to fighting evil, they won’t be along since there are new Mercenaries to recruit and more than willing to join the players. These powerful allies are going to fight alongside them and even grow in power as they progress and help players in combat with unique abilities.

Diablo IV is the fourth main installment of the highly acclaimed Diablo franchise. It was officially released back in June and available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC through Battle.net. A version was made available on Steam back in October.
The game takes place in Sanctuary and is set 50 years after Diablo III: Reaper of Souls. This time the main antagonist is Lilith, the daughter of Mephisto. With the forces of both angels and demos now depleted, it appears that the time is ripe for Lilith to finally establish her power in Sanctuary.
