Embark on a Quest with Digimon World: Next Order

Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. has announced that the beloved monster-collecting-and-raising RPG, Digimon World: Next Order, is now available on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. The game takes place in the Digital World of Digimon, and players will step into the role of a DigiDestined, tasked with solving a perplexing Digi-mystery and restoring the Digital World to its natural order. Machinedramon has caused chaos throughout the city, and Digimon can come to town as residents to offer support as players work to rebuild order.

Digimon World: Next Order offers players an expansive roster of over 200 Digimon to collect and befriend, from which players can select two to accompany them on their adventures as partners. Players can strengthen their bonds with their Digimon by training, feeding, and Digivolving them to unlock their full potential, making them even stronger in battle. During their adventures, DigiDestined will also meet a colorful cast of characters, and they will have the opportunity to expand and manage the town of Floatia that serves as a home base between their travels.

New to the Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam versions is a new Beginner Mode difficulty level, making it easier for new players to join in the fun. A new running ability allows players to move at 1.4x the normal speed, making traversing the large maps even smoother. The game features satisfying combat and an enticing story, combined with a charming roster of digital companions that will take players on an unforgettable adventure.
