It's time to charge those Mega Busters and prepare to join the fight as MEGA MAN X DiVE Offline is now available for the PC through Steam. The game is currently offered at $29.99. It's also being released on mobile platforms via Android and iOS.
In the game, an unknown bug has corrupted the game data in the Deep Log. This has resulted in the collected memories of the Mega Man X series being erased from the game. Players take control of the Hunter Programs, which are based on various popular characters from the Mega Man series like X, Zero, Axl, Vile, Alia, and Sigma, to name a few. They'll be assisted by the navigator named RiCO to learn more about the mysterious bug and along the way defeat the Maverick viruses while bringing back Deep Log's files.
Take a Peek at the Gameplay
The game offers more than 900 playable stages along with at least 100 customizable characters to choose from resulting in Hunters exploring what Deep Log has to offer to the fullest. There are also different quests for Hunters to complete and in return earn rewards. These rewards allow for characters to be powered up and unlocked along with armor, weapons, chips, and even cards. There are also boss challenges, event stages, and time attack missions, to name a few.
Enjoy Different Modes
MEGA MAN X DiVE Offline features different modes for Hunters to explore. For Story Mode, Hunters progress through the story by completing stages. They then earn experience points and obtain materials to level up not only the characters but even the weapons. Event Mode on the other hand lets dedicated Hunter find additional story and sub-story stages that's based on different Mega Man games like Mega Man Legends and Mega Man Battle Network. In this mode, Hunters can collect character-data fragments and further power-up items.
Then there's Challenge Mode where Hunters need to climb their way up what's known as the Jakob Orbital Elevator. By completing different challenges, they earn upgrades and special abilities.
