A new 3D action game that's inspired by traditional landscape ink paintings is now available on Steam. The Last Soldier of the Ming Dinasty is priced at $14.99 but is being offered at 10% off for a limited period. The game puts players on an island that's controlled by Japanese pirates or Wokuo.
The game takes you to the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty. You take on the role of a one of the Qi's army that's assigned to guard the coastal regions. Specifically, you've been asked to pacify the seas. However, as you were patrolling the waters, a storm hits resulting in you being shipwrecked. Now along with your sword, you'll need to stand against the pirates and make sure that the coasts are safe once again.

The Last Soldier of the Ming Dynasty is inspired by traditional Chinese ink and wash paintings. These can be observed from the humblest blade of grass and all the way to the most majestic mountains of Fuling Island. Indeed, each scene has been beautifully painted in ink and wash.
Do Combat
It's not all excellent scenery since the game also has combat. Both offense and defense are based on three basic attack actions which are stab, cleave, and sweep. While doing these moves, you'll also have to recognize the attach of the enemy at the same time. By being able to accurately anticipate the actions of the enemy, you'll be able to deflect their attacks. In terms of combat style, there’s a variety to choose from that include close-quarters melee weapons and long-range bows and arrows, to name a few. Making it even more interesting is that each weapon has been meticulously recreated to ensure that it reflects its origin,
