First Dwarf Offers Action RPG with Elements of Base Building

What do you get when you have a dwarf, a dragon, and a mech? You get a game called First Dwarf which is an an immersive action RPG that's mixed in with base building elements. It's set in a fantasy open world and tests both your survival and exploration skills. The game is being developed and published by Star Drifters.

First Dwarf is actually in the same universe as Driftland: The Magic Revival, another title from the studio. In this one, Planet Driftland has ceased to exist. That's because a mage war between the four races of the planet has resulted in the globe becoming floating islands. This has also made the inhabitants turn into barbaric tribes. While the dwarves have managed to survive the desolation, they're facing the problem of resources running short. Now desperate, the dwarves send their mighty airships looking for materials that can save their once mighty dwarven kingdom and secure the future.

One of those dwarves sent on a mission is Tru. With his mana-powered mech, this dwarven scouting engineer has been sent to explore the lands that's hidden in the clouds to look for areas where they can build new settlements. He'll need to gather resources, build bases, and set up defenses. Tru also has to make sure to collect the mana needed to fuel his mech to fight against the dangerous threats.

However, his real mission is to learn more about the secrets that's still hidden in Planet Driftland and one of this is the truth to his father's past. In addition to learning more about what happened to his father, he also has the chance to find information that can help shape the future of the few dwarves remain in Driftland.
