Cognoggin Games announced that the full release of Crush the Industry is on April 16. That's tomorrow by the way. When the full release comes out, there's going to be a 35% launch discount for a limited period.
This latest announcement from the studio should be good news to the loyal fans. The game started in Early Access on Steam two years ago. Since that time, a lot of new content has been added that include:

- Two new playable characters (from 3 to 5)
- Over 80 talents (from ~40 to 122, including discovery/starting talents)
- 9 Difficulty Levels (from 3 to 12)
- Over 50 unlockables (from ~12 to ~70)
- 8 random events (from 8 to 16)
- Localized in 10 different languages
- Boss variants and an additional final boss encounter
- Character endings, game mods, starting talents, discoveries, reroll options, improved save/load functionality, accessibility & battle speed options
- Controller, Steam Deck, and MacOS support
Crush the Industry is inspired by titles like Slay the Spire and Earthbound, to name a few. This white-collar workplace satire puts players in the role of a newly hired employee working at an outlandish AAA game studio. The question that remains now is whether they have what it takes to make it all the way to the top.
One of the features of the game that players are sure to notice are the Innovative Mechanics. The rolling health system for example ensures that players are always kept on their toes as their sanity may result in unpredictable effects. Then there's cycling where they can strategically draw new skills and prepare satisfying combos.
The game also offers players various playstyle Options. They can choose from a charming and motley cast of playable characters. Indeed, there's a lot of choices available. It's up to the players whether they want to take the time to carefully plan or just go ahead and play in the fast lane.
Other key features of Crush the Industry are:
- High Replayability: Over 200 skills & talents with an ever-changing schedule ensures that every career run will be unique.
- Challenging Progression: Test limits in Hard Mode and traverse the 9 Circles of Corporate Hell.
- Unlocked Potential: Unlock new characters, skills, talents, bosses, and difficulty levels.
- Strange Company: Over 40 unique battle encounters include everything from toxic players and game designer moles to creative cultists and grotesque meeting blobs.
