Global CBT for King’s Raid Starts January 29

Masangsoft announced that a Closed Beta Test for King’s Raid is scheduled to begin January 29. It's available on mobile platforms and the PC via Steam. The CBT runs until February 4.

In a statement, the studio revealed that compared to the previous playtests which were focused on creators, this upcoming CBT is available to all players. That means new applicants and even those who previously registered. For the test, players can look forward to experiencing a rebuilt version of King’s Raid with enhanced graphics, improved performance, and deep tactical combat based on party synergy.

Those able to sign up before the announcement was made are still considered as Steam participants by default. Meanwhile, those on mobile platforms, both iOS and Android, are advised to resubmit their application for the CBT. The platform selected in the final submission determines their invitation and platform changes may not be possible after invitations are sent out.

Official invitations are set to be sent via email on January 26, 2026, to selected applicants.

According to a spokesperson from Masangsoft, the CBT a very "important opportunity" to test how the game performs on different platforms. In addition, it's also a way to obtain much needed feedback from the community. The studio went on to say that they remain committed when it comes to "delivering a polished experience."

King's Raid is a real-time strategy RPG where victory is all about skillful control and smart combinations of the heroes’ abilities.
