Digital Extremes revealed what's being planned for Warframe in the remaining months of 2025. This was done during the recently held 10th Annual TennoCon.
The milestone event was attended by thousands of guests while at the same time being streamed live to millions of fans around the world. The highlight was the full gameplay reveal of The Old Peace. Read more about this major Quest and Narrative Chapter here.
Valkyr Heirloom Cosmetic
The tormented experiment Valkyr hopes to make witnesses go berserk hot off the heels of her recent gameplay rework. It arrives in the game along with a new Heirloom Collection available starting today, July 21. This is made possible in collaboration with community artist Pertti Bahaa.
Warframe X Starfinder Tabletop Collab
This October 2025 sees the launch of Warframe x Starfinder: Operation Orias, a partnership with acclaimed tabletop RPG developer Paizo. It introduces the surreal sci-fi world of Warframe to tabletops. Those excited about this upcoming collab can learn more about it during GenCon, which is happening July 31 to August 3.
New Update
An update that's yet to be titled is planned to be released in Warframe in the fall. This update launches a new Mod tutorial Quest known as The Teacher and developed in collaboration with Sumo Digital. The update also brings with it the 62nd Warframe, a long-awaited Oberon rework, a fresh Lavos deluxe skin, and quality-of-life improvements, among others.
Android Closed Beta
The studio is preparing the closed beta for Android this Fall. Players on this platform can now sign up here. More info on the full launch on compatible Android devices is going to be available later this year.
Other Plans
Aside from what's being planned this year, the studio also gave a peek at what's in the pipeline. One of these is the Caliban Prime Access. Caliban Prime is set to arrive before the launch of The Old Peace. This one has players relive the glorious might and gold-trim style of the Orokin Empire alongside new Prime weapons and accessories.
When The Old Peace launches, it moves the current "Void War" story arc into full speed and sets the stage for the monumental Tau Narrative Chapter to explore in 2026.
Warframe was launched in 2013 and since then has become a multi-generational game having more than 80 million registered players across various platforms.
