Tales of Fablecraft is all set for its early access next week. However, there's even better news coming our way. That's because developer Riftweaver Game Studio has already revealed what's going to happen once the game becomes available. Today we're going to look at the planned roadmap.
Let's start first with what's happening during the launch of the game. For starters, aside from the base game, players get to enjoy the updated and polished adventure. These include The Road to the Starfall Festival, The House in the Manor, and Murder on the Tipsy Pearl. Players can also get the Brawler Collection release along with the Storyteller Collection.
Other things happening during the third quarter of 2024 is the release of the custom inventory and the launch of Marketplace. Players can also look forward to Homebrew support for custom music and soundscapes as well as custom battlemaps. Indeed, there's a lot to look forward to when the game comes out.
Available at the Marketplace
As mentioned, the Marketplace is being launched at the same time as the release of the game. The House in the Manor Adventure and the Murder on the Tipsy Pearl Adventure are available for purchase on the Marketplace. Players can also buy Dice Skins and Player Token Skins. There are also some Content and Cosmetic Packs available for purchase.
Late Q3 to Q4
Once the game is up and running, there's going to be two new adventures coming out. There's Once Upon a Wildwood and a "Secret" one-shot adventure. Players can also look forward to improvements planned for the Fable Dice system and Homebrew video support. Deeper world lore is also expected to be released during this period.
The biggest event though would have to be the launch for iOS Tablet and Android Tablet.
Coming in 2025
For next, the studio are also working on a lot of stuff. There's the Heist Society adventure and the scheduled localization. One exciting thing though would have to be the multiplayer matchmaking. Finally, the game is set to be launched on mobile via iOS and Android.
