Developer Smilegate RPG has released its plans for Lost Ark in 2025. Now before you get too excited, it's only for the first two months. Today we're taking a look at some of them.
January 2025
When the new year starts, players can look forward to seeing Kazeros Raid Act 2: Requiem of the Floating Nightmare go live. This 8-player raid takes place in a harsh and icy battleground which provides the perfect backdrop for Brelshaza’s own chilling new powers. This raid also introduces what's known as the Karma System. This one has players obtain new ways to power up their characters.
Now Lost Ark was released in North America back on February 11, 2022. However, players won't need to wait that long since the study is planning to celebrate the Third Anniversary early, which should be towards the end of January. The celebration is set to happen in the event called the "Festa of Arkesia" on a special Anniversary island.
February 2025
When February rolls in, the game is going to introduce the next Advanced Class. The Yoz Specialist class allows a character to transform into animals or use scrolls to fight with spirit beast spells while in human form. This class invokes a blend of energy that can feel animalistic and at the same time mystical in nature.
Releasing alongside the Wild Soul Advanced Class are progression events.
More in 2025
The studio shared in a statement that there’s “a ton of major content” coming out in the first few months of 2025. It seems that they’re still working on what to launch in March as well as the coming months. For March, the plan is to release the next Music Box of Memories unlock.
There’s also going to be progression events released which support the Wild Soul Advanced Class.
