Kin of Sheredyn Gets Reworked in Latest Update for Endless Legend 2

A new update has been released for Endless Legend 2 and introduces a rework to the Kin of Sheredyn. It makes the faction more challenging while at the same time being easy to grasp.

In the game, the Kin of Sheredyn is a defensive and militarized faction. It serves as a "newbie-friendly" option that focuses on industrial development, high fortifications, and a resilient hammer and anvil army.

Issues Encountered

Some of the issues encountered include the faction being designed as a more "generalist" option for new players. Because of this, there were occasions where it seems that the faction lacked direction. Then there was the case where players ended up with a faction that could do anything but didn't know why they wanted to do that thing.

Main Changes

With the new update, Kin of Sheredyn becomes the only faction in Endless Legend 2 that can have level 3 districts. In addition, they can now build foundations around them automatically and count as x2 for leveling up districts.

Another change is that the faction is now more "divine." That means they now have strong effects though they like to be just with themselves. In addition, they are the best population in terms of what they can provide for players.

Anomaly Districts

The development team revealed that a lot of fans of the first game said that they were missing Anomaly Districts. As a result, the new update brings this to the game. The Anomaly District, called Altar, enhances the gains of the anomaly and gives a +100% of the FIDSI per level

To unlock the district, players need to unlock the Geology tech (era 3).
