It hasn't been long since Lords of the Fallen was launched. Publisher CI Games has announced that sales for the game have exceeded one million units. What makes this milestone even more impressive is that it was reached with 10 days of the official release. The game is available for the PC and next consoles PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series X/S.
Lords of the Fallen is set in the dark-fantasy land of Mournstead. The game features a unique dual-realm mechanic where players be in the brutal and unforgiving world of the living while being able to seamlessly transition to the nightmarish world of the dead.
Talking about this excellent milestone, CI Games CEO Marek Tyminski revealed in a statement that in their 20-year history, this has been their most important and ambitious game. It's also the first in the planned AAA games to be released in the coming years. Tyminski went on to say that this achievement has been humbling for everybody. HEXWORKS Studio head Saul Gascon meanwhile thanked everyone who played the game and the community for their continued support and feedback.
