Marvel Contest of Champions Sees Jessica Jones Hand Out Justice in The Battlerealms

Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again launches later this week. In celebration, Marvel Contest of Champions is releasing a new update which invites everyone to experience a new team up.

The 55.1 update sees players team up with none other than Jessica Jones, as they seek out justice in The Battlerealm. Starting March 24, everyone has the chance to claim a free profile pic of Jessica Jones and Daredevil, a Daredevil (Hell’s Kitchen) Champion Selector, and a Kingpin Champion Selector. This promotion runs for two weeks.

Women's Month Celebration

Marvel Contest of Champions is celebrating International Women’s Day with super women joining the roster. In particular, a charming mutant is now available in the roster. Meanwhile, the Queen of the hellish Limbo arrives later this week. There's also the Manic Pixie Dream Goblin event which runs March 4 to April 1.

Ongoing Events

There are also some interesting ongoing events happening the game. The first is the Women of Power Solo Event. The female developers in the game have picked out their favorite Champion profile pics. Players then have the chance to claim these unique rewards and more through special quests that include Gwenpool’s Gal-Pal Guidebook.

Second is Gwenpool’s Gal-Pal Guidebook. To celebrate International Women's Day, Gwenpool wants to show off what some of the mighty women of the Contest are capable of. Players can get a free low-rarity Champion and use them exclusively for a series of 3 fights. Then in the final week, players must use a team of those free Champs to complete a larger map.

Both events end April 8.

Marvel Contest of Champions invites players to step into The Battlerealm and experience epic 1v1 combat. It features various Super Heroes and Villains from across the Marvel Universe. The game was first released on mobile platforms through iOS and Android. Then in June 2025, Marvel Contest of Champions was made available for PC and fully optimized for mouse, keyboard, and controller on the big screen.

Players get to take on the role of a Summoner chosen by The Collector. They assemble a powerful team from a roster of more than 300 Champions. Players can engage in fast-paced battles against enemies and players from around the world. They'll have to master intuitive combat mechanics and release special attacks as they fight across cinematic storylines, competitive arenas, and time-limited events.
