In the game, you get to take on the role of Dragos, a survivor of a vampire attack who's now been turned into a creature of the night. It's now time to find your place in a world where vampires sit at the top of the food chain. However, it's not going to be easy. You'll need to find a way to satisfy that hunger for blood while also protecting the people of Sangavia that you've sworn to protect.

You can choose to make the people devoted vampire followers or have them do your every bidding as obedient thralls. It's up to you whether you'll be a merciful ruler or ruthless tyrant. Along the way you'll need to expand not only your castle but also the influence you have in the region. You'll also have to discover the secret of the twisted history of Sangavia’s past.
