Scholar of the Arcane Arts: Necromancy Update

ESDigital Games and Courtesy of Endo have announced the release of the Necromancy Update, the first major update for the popular roguelike action RPG, Scholar of the Arcane Arts. The update introduces a new dungeon, Catacombs, seven new enemies, five new spells, and other minor improvements. One of the game's key features is the ability to combine up to 10,000 spells, allowing players to upgrade their spells and find the most powerful combinations from the five schools of magic: Hydromancy, Pyromancy, Geomancy, Necromancy, and Aeromancy.

The Eldritch Domain, a new Gateway that has a chance to appear during gameplay, leads players to the Catacombs. Players can explore a land of death and decay, facing off against new enemies and utilizing the new spells to emerge victorious. The Necromancy Update devlog can be found on the game's website.

Scholar of the Arcane Arts is currently available on Steam Early Access for $3.99/€3.99 and is now also available on Early Access on the Epic Games Store.
