A new update has been released for Solo Leveling:ARISE and introduces players to try out a new mode. There's also additional new features that's sure to make the gameplay experience even more exciting.
The new mode is called Deep Containment Zone. It's a four-hunter team fight mode where players need to form a team and then take on powerful "Experiment" versions of bosses. Unlike the existing three-hunter challenge dungeons, this one sees team composition playing a greater role. It means players need to make adjustments to their strategies based on each season and boss.
Then exclusive to the Deep Containment Zone is the new Union battle feature. This can be activated after filling its gauge when four hunters of the same element are deployed. Once activated, it triggers a powerful skill along with class-specific effects for all the hunters on the team. This feature though can only be used once per battle so it's important to decide when to actually activate it.
New Systems
There are also new Progression and collection systems available as well. One of these is the Figures system. It allows players to unlock a new way to further increase their stats by defeating powerful enemies on Expert difficulty in Story Mode. Then there's the Seasonal Card system where players can collect cards that feature iconic webtoon cuts and hunters from the game, complete sets, and earn rewards.
These new features arrive to the game courtesy of the "BEYOND" update. The same update also adds new Hunters to the game which you can read more about here.
Solo Leveling:ARISE is an action game based on the hit webtoon, Solo Leveling. Players take on the role of Jinwoo and experience his journey across the beloved webtoon tale firsthand. They get to level up, take on dynamic battles, and create their own combat styles by selecting various combinations of skills and weapons. In addition to being able to team up with hunters from the webtoon, players can also summon their own "Army of Shadows" with the iconic phrase: "Arise."
Solo Leveling: ARISE is available on mobile platforms through iOS and Android. The Steam version is now titled Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE.
