Studio Reveals Roadmap for Wizard of Legend 2

With Wizard of Legend 2 now in Early Access, players can now enjoy this action-packed roguelite sequel. While there's no word yet on the full release is coming out, we do get a glimpse of what's being planned in the meantime. That's because the studio has revealed that roadmap for the game.

Let's start with the co-op gameplay. For now, players can team up with friends through the two-player co-op. However, this is planned to be expanded at a future date to a four-player co-op. For early access, players can now access one biome which is the Castle and another planned to be released. Each of these biomes offers unique environments, unique enemies, and of course, epic boss fights. What this means also is that the second boss arrives at the game when the new biome becomes available.

Face Greater Challenges

For those who want to test their skills to the fullest, there’s an expanded range of Charms and Difficulty Settings. These features let players customize their gameplay experience. New Charms for example unlock powerful modifiers which changes, among others, gameplay mechanics, behavior of the enemy, and environmental factors.

The Adjustable Difficulty Levels has players fine-tune the intensity of their trials with more granular difficulty options.

Expanded Content

With the early access period, the studio plans to expand the world of the game even further. That means there's going to be more lore and even more story elements. Players can also look forward to meeting other wizards in the trials.

It goes without saying that there are also going to be more extensive arsenal of Arcana spells that players can discover and wield. This should add layers of strategy and gameplay variety. In the future, players can also enhance their favorite Arcana through upgrades and thus allow them to fine-tune and power up spells to fit their playstyle.

Wizard of Legend 2 offers a new series of unpredictably perilous trials and serves as the follow-up to the highly acclaimed original. It features new 3D visuals along with the fast-paced two-player online co-op. There are the familiar Arcana along with new ones.
