The newest title from developer Miracle Technology is all set to be released this August 15. Lunia Z Global is an action arcade MMORPG that makes you feel as if you're watching an animated film.

The game can be described best as belonging to the "beat-em-up" genre like Final Fight or Double Dragon. It's also similar to fighting games that include the likes of Street Fighter, Tekken, or even Guilty Gear.

Controlling the Character

In the game, you get to have an overhead view of the character along with the 8-way directional control through the Numpad. Attacks meanwhile can be done through keys A,S, and Spacebar. Depending on what combination is pressed, you can release various attack strings. You can also have evasive moves using the keys mentioned. Skills meanwhile are on the quick bar and these can be activated by pressing the corresponding number key.

A Peek at the Stages

Instead of a free-roaming world, you get to join a Town Square. Once you're in the location, you can then buy and sell items. You can also upgrade weapons as well as chat. This is also where you get to choose from a list of Stages.

In the game, the Stages are progressive much like those old console games. In History Mode for example, you'll have to obtain enough level to access the next stage. Legend Mode meanwhile is basically a hard mode version. The Bonus Mode needs you to defeat Stage at least once and then move to Stage 2. Do the same for Stage to access Stage 3, and so on.

The two other modes, which are "Myth" and "Devildom" modes, are only for characters which have been reborn. To get started, you'll need to complete the "history quest line" which lets you obtain a Rebirth Manual.

Aside from the various modes mentioned, there are also the different eight-player raids that hand out higher challenges compared to regular stages. While these are optional, it's still a good choice considering that it offers a lot of battles and good prizes.
