The Martial Arts World is Yours for the Taking in The World of Kungfu: Dragon and Eagle

A new world is yours for the taking as The World of Kungfu: Dragon and Eagle is now out of Early Access. The game features a multi-route wuxia RPG that's set in the chaotic times of ancient China. It's available for the PC via Steam and the Nintendo Switch.

In the game, players start as a kung fu novice and work their way to becoming a fully fledgling fighter. It’s a dynamic journey where each encounter cultivates excellence. They’re not going to be alone since they can recruit talented locals and off-the-wall oddballs to go with them through an expansive story that has branching plotlines. Players can also interact with rival clans and other hit-hungry foes as they form new alliances and fight enemies across the land.

Kung Fu Fighting

The game has players embody the spirit of adventure as they deliver the deadly arts of inner and outer kung fu. Get ready to release those crazy combos, precise strikes, and of course, destructive critical hits against fearsome rivals and enigmatic enemies. Enjoy fights in grid-based, turn-based battles. Players also get to use the efficient auto-battle system anytime to streamline combat for a more lore-focused experience and spend more time with memorable characters.

This game lets players explore a world that’s filled with diverse biomes ranging from ancient ruins, bustling cities, and the snow-capped mountains. All of which are based on historically accurate Chinese locations. Be able to fulfill the destiny of a kung fu legend in training and experience an unforgettable adventure with more than 10 different endings.

Talking about this release, ChillyRoom CEO Zeyang Li shared in a statement that the game is best described as “ultimate culmination of rich history, kung fu action, and traditional turn-based RPGs.” He added that they’re excited to release this martial arts epic.
