Developer WolfSmoke Studio and publisher 2P Games announced that the adventure puzzle RPG The Mystery Mist is launching on Steam. The game is set in a fictional world and features an intricate story having rich characters. There are three main story endings along with more than 20 side endings.
The world is one where dangerous toxic mist abounds and entering it results in almost certain death. Players take on the role of Yaqing who's sister has fallen into a coma as a result of the poison from the mist. To save his sister, Yaqing travels to a city known as "Hidden Town." There he gets to be the apprentice of a physician known for being skilled in using insects. He starts to learn how to catch insects and gather materials. After that he starts to create medicinal vessels in an attempt to cure his sister.
In the game, Yaqing needs to explore different locations and interact with more than 120 NPCs. Players get to experience the joys and sorrows of different families and even ge the chance to decide their fates. By increasing favorability with NPCs, Yaqing can learn the different rumors. In addition, through a deep web of narratives, he obtains a deeper understanding of the people and as a result trigger different plots and get character gacha.
As the story moves forward, Yaqing learns more about a long-standing conflict between two races that's hidden beneath the facade of peace. It is this impending dispute that threatens to bring catastrophe to the inhabitants. Yaqing and his sister are unknowingly drawn into this vortex as well.

Founded back in 2006, it was established to create fantastic anime with unique art style as featured in Black Myth Wukong or even the Netflix series Eden. The team loves comics and illustrations and as a result, don't want to limit the genres of the games they work in. Their primary goal is self-expression and creating interesting things they want.
