NeocoreGames announced that the Seasonal Journey has officially started in Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr. In celebration, the game is being offered at 80% discount until February 6.
What is the Seasonal Journey all about? It's basically a culmination of all the work done for the past years along with all the free updates added to the game. This new feature makes all the seven previously released Seasons available for everyone at the same time for free. This means you get to pick a Season on the character creation screen beginning with the Season of Inferno and all the way to the most recent ones.
The Seasonal Journey also comes with the unreleased Season 6 and 7, which is exclusive to the PC for now. You can watch the announcement trailer for this new feature here.
New Class
NeocoreGames also announced that a new class DLC is set to be introduced in Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr. The Hierophant Class is arriving to the game later this year. This new class allows you to be an Inquisitor who’s able to call in multiple acolytes to form a squad. With Use your faith and authority, you can inspire acolytes and have them carry out the will of the Emperor.
Released in June 2018, Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr is an action RPG that's set in the 41st millennium, a time when the galaxy is at constant war. You get to take on the role of a mighty Inquisitor and carry out the will of the Emperor. You choose from one of the many classes available and take on different missions with other agents going through the game's single-player story campaign.
Examples of classes are the Crusader Inquisitor which allows you o hold your grounds as opponents close in on you. Then there’s the Death Cult Assassin, which is all about cunning and finesse. If you’re the type who want to use the unspeakable powers of the Warp, then go for the Primaris Psyker. These are just some of the classes available and each one even has three specializations for you to choose from.
This action RPG brings the genre to new heights by offering an open-world sandbox game that features a persistent universe along with a variety of missions and tactical and brutal encounters. The game also continues to grow with expansions and free updates introducing a bunch of new content like new enemy factions, new missions, and new gameplay features, to name a few.
