The Second Test for Starter Dominion is Now Live in For Honor

The second round of test for the Starter Dominion is now live in For Honor. This is a new feature introduced by Ubisoft back in December 2025. The goal Starter Dominion is to make things a bit easier for those who want to return to the game or even want to try it out.

The first round of tests happened in December 4 to December 18. This time, it's running from January 29 to February 12. It's important to remember that Starter Dominion isn't a Testing Grounds or a Game Mode Event. Rather, this is a temporary mode that's been designed to gather feedback and learn for the future.

For those new to this feature, it has the same core rules as Dominion though it has been adjusted for accessibility. In addition, Gear Perks, Feats, Stamina, and Revenge are disabled. This is to allow for a streamlined experience. Players can matchmake with friends with any remaining slots in the team being filled with the strongest bots to keep the action flowing.
