The Summer Serenade Update for Palia Introduces Home Tours

Summer is here and what better way to enjoy Palia than with a new update. Get ready for the Summer Serenade update and enjoy new features and new content. One of the highlights is Home Tours.

As a quick recap, it was during the last update when the team shared their castle with all players. This time around, it's the turn of the players to share what they have. All players need to do is choose one of their Housing Plots and then submit it to Home Tours. With this new feature, players not only can share their home designs and creations with other players but even visit the homes of others.

Joining the Home Tour

To participate in Home Tours, all players need to do is interact with the Home Tour Board. Each week, they can choose one of their home plots and submit it to the current Home Tours Event. Once it's submitted, other players can then visit that instanced version of the home plot. There they can see what's been designed. Players can even provide reactions for visitors.

As a reminded, once one of the home plots has been entered into the Housing Tour Event, players can't choose a different plot to enter during that event. That means they'll have to make sure to select the correct plot when entering. By the way, each Home Tour Event runs for one week and then resets at the end of the weekend.

Visiting Other Homes

To see other plots that players have entered in the event, they’ll need to access the Home Tour Board menu. Once that’s done, they can done explore the different homes and even provide an emoji reaction.

Tour Tickets

Each week there’s going to be two weekly accomplishments that players have to complete by visiting and emoji-reacting to other plots in Home Tours. These challenges reward a new currency that’s called Tour Tickets. Tour Tickets can be used at the Home Tour Store to redeem new rewards and items.

There’s a lot of new rewards available in the Home Tour Store like unique nameplates and jukeboxes where players can play new lo-fi tunes on their plot. There are also some new wallpaper and floor options. Get to learn more about those rewards here.
