There’s Still Time to Join the Christmas Event World of Sea Battle

A while back, an event was released in World of Sea Battle. The festivities is set to end January 5 so be sure to join while there's still time.

During the event, players can use special ammunitions, which are actually snowballs. They'll need these to sink special non-player ships known as "Sea Elves." That's because these same ships are immune to regular cannon fire. By the way, should players use snowballs on other targets, what happens is that it covers the screen of the opponents with snow.

Earning Seahorses

During the event, players can earn special currency called seahorses. These can be earned by:

• Completing event quests

• Fishing

• Collecting treasures from treasure maps

• Collecting loot from unique NPS

• Exchanging resources at Altars

Seahorses collected can be exchanged with overseas traders for valuables.

World of Sea Battle is an action-packed and open-world MMO that's set in the Golden Age of Sail. This historical naval experience puts players at the helm as they sail, fight, upgrade, and trade alongside other players in search of glory on the high seas.

The Journey Begins

When it comes to the ships, players start with a modest schooner and can work their way towards a gigantic man o’ war, among others. There are more than 50 upgradable and customizable historical ships from the Golden Age of Sail. That means schooners, galleons, brigantines, and frigates, to name a few. The thing is that the Archipelago rarely sees the same ships wandering the deep.

Once players decide on the ship they want to serve as Captain, they can then engage in those epic PvE or PvP Naval Battles. There are round shots, heated shots, chain shots, and many more. Try to beat the odds and become a feared ruler of the seas.

An Open World

The game has players set sail into the unknown as they push past the edges of the map into the Endless Sea. It's an area that's uncharted, untamed, and full of mystery. Those able to obtain enough gold can claim their own private island which can serve as an outpost of power where fleets are mended and riches flow in from distant mines and workshops.

Speaking of gold, it's a resource the fuels everything. It's up to players on how to earn it. For example they can raid merchant ships to get loot. They can also transport rare goods between regions or build trade empires through production chains. There's also the option to fish the seas and earn a profit. Just remember that fortune favors the bold.
