The delightful feline fishing RPG, Whisker Waters, is now available on PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5, according to a recent announcement from Maximum Entertainment and developer Underbite. The game also has plans for a future release on Amazon's cloud gaming service, Luna. Set in a vibrant world, players will assume the role of a young kitty tasked with a grand responsibility. The game offers a variety of unique fishing tools and techniques to master and an array of fresh fish to catch.
Whisker Waters invites players into a realm where bears, birds, and cats live in harmony, united by adventurers known as Fish Rangers who wield rod and reel to serve their communities. However, the Great Disturbance disrupts this peaceful coexistence, leading the Fish Rangers to rally and combat the ensuing conflict and plague. Over time, these Fish Rangers faded into legend. Inspired by their stories, a young kitty embarks on a journey to carve out its own tale.
The game features an enchanting world filled with exciting new chapters at every corner, urging players to expand their skills and master the art of fishing. A multitude of different fish and tools await discovery. Physical versions of the game have hit the shelves for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch players.
