RPG Gamers summary

ASCIIDENT is a sci-fi game that is based on the Frango Anomaly novel. The game follows the story of a human clone who has escaped from space pirates and currently finds themselves on asteroid FA-17. In this location, mining of crystals is still ongoing, but with the drop in prices, entire areas of the asteroid have been abandoned. The game features ASCII graphics, with texts localized in several languages. Players can move to neighboring planets and stations from the spaceport, and they can also train their clones in different skills, like plasma weaponry, piloting, and hyperspace navigation using a neuroprogrammer. The game has neutral and hostile creatures and built-in games, and players can also choose from eight different color modes and LED font mode. Currently, players can play for about two hours in the Asteroid FA-17 location, and new items, bosses, game modes, and music are being added regularly.
