Game Details

One day a young traveler named Ash meets a girl who is attacked by a monster. Saving the girl, Ash finds out that her name is Alicia and that she is the daughter of the Tylling village elder. The girl’s father is impressed with Ash’s skills and tells him he must venture into the monsters’ lair. But as Ash comes back, he discovers that the monsters have kidnapped the elder’s daughter, intending to use her magical powers for their evil purposes. Now Ash must find companions for his quest to rescue the girl and find out who is behind the abduction.

Asgaldh is a traditional Japanese-style role-playing game with the addition of erotic elements. The player navigates the party over top-down locations, fighting randomly appearing monsters in turn-based combat viewed from first-person perspective. Character and battle graphics have a distinct anime style. Leveling up is automatic; each character has her or his own parameters as well as offensive, supportive and healing magic spells. An active party includes four combatants, which can be swapped at any time outside of battle with reserve characters.

It is also possible to impress Ash’s female companions, giving them presents and choosing to talk to them in towns. Ash’s relationship with the chose character will increase if she likes the presents chosen by the player, and reacts favorably to the dialogue choices during conversations. A high relationship level will unlock powerful combo attacks executed by Ash and the female character in question during combat. Pursuing a relationship with one of the young women may also trigger additional conversations and events.
