Epic Inventor

Epic Inventor is a freeware 2D crafting role-playing game set in a fantasy sandbox world. The player takes the role of an inventor who has the ability to create various items and buildings from various materials, initially through foraging. The inventor is accompanied by a robot who (if the player chooses to) may serve as a bodyguard to attack any monster that comes close to the inventor.

Crafting

All recipes are available by accessing the inventory, where items in the my tools section are divided into placeables (read=structures), items, attachments (to upgrade the robot), weapons, armor, and other. Selecting any particular item will reveal what materials are needed to create that item. Some items require an additional structure, such as work bench in addition to materials.
