Halcyon 6: Starbase Commander is a retro space strategy RPG with base building, deep tactical combat, crew management and emergent storytelling.

Halcyon 6: Starbase Commander is a space strategy game that puts you in charge of a derelict starbase left behind by a mysterious precursor race. Your mission is to reclaim the starbase and rebuild it in order to create new alliances, research new technologies, and ultimately stop an impending alien invasion. You will need to use the resources you can salvage from the starbase and nearby star systems to build station facilities, assign crew to them, and explore the galaxy. You will also need to engage in tactical ship and ground battles to resolve hostile events and ultimately defeat the enemy mothership. The game features a variety of crew members with unique behaviours, traits, and abilities that you will need to manage in order to succeed. You will also need to navigate diplomatic waters with the 6 alien factions in order to gain them as allies or trading partners.
