Game Details

Highborn is a fantasy-based, casual, turn-based strategy game that doesn’t take itself too seriously. In fact it is the humorous writing style of the back-story and character interactions that makes the game. The game is full is self-deprecating humor that breaks the fourth wall and contains many pop-culture references.

The player controls of a number of Highborn hero and supporting units which he moves across the overhead map capturing structures and attacking his opponent. Combat is done in a separate 3D environment where the attacking player has the option to use his or her hero’s special ability or one of his spells. There is no resource gathering or base constructing, but capturing various structures give the owner combat support, new units, spells, or other bonuses.

Highborn features 8 missions in each chapter of the single player campaign and a number of multi-player maps.

The game is being updated with new content regularly.
