Little Tail Story is a puzzle/RPG hybrid set in the Little Tail Bronx universe. Like previous Little Tail Bronx games, it features cute anthropomorphic animals set in a colourful, stylized future fantasy universe. The player builds a team of cute adventurers on the hunt for treasure, and over the course of the game are able to collect new allies and items. This game’s turn-based gameplay marks a major departure from previous Little Tail games. Enemies are placed on a puzzle-style 3 by 3 grid; different character classes are able to attack different patterns of squares on the board, so the player must build a card game-style “deck” of hero characters and swipe through them in order to effectively target enemies.
