The My LEGO Network BIONICLE Campaign was a combination social networking and massively multiplayer online game used to promote the 2009 LEGO BIONICLE toy line. It was run through the now-defunct social networking site My LEGO Network. It required a LEGO Club account, and the player played the role of an Agori trying to improve life on the harsh, politically divided planet of Bara Magna.
The Agori must add various characters from different villages to their friend list. They will not befriend the player until certain requirements are fulfilled. These requirements often involve items, which must be built from different materials. Some aspects of the game involve other users clicking modules and stickers on the player’s profile to increase the player’s item count. The player’s progress is measured by badges. Once the highest ranking badge is obtained, the game is complete.
