Synopsis Quest Deluxe

Synopsis Quest Deluxe is a collection of short mini-games that emulate common scenarios seen in Japanese role-playing games. Each board will present to the player a different challenge, like “enter the castle” or “talk to the princess,” the solutions to which are not as simple as they first appear, and often rely on the player understanding the tropes that populate many RPGs.

The twenty-five scenes span the entire plot of a typical RPG, from hero creation to fighting a boss demon, and build on each other plot-wise and solution-wise, referring back to previous scenes in the game. The scenes can be played in any order, though the win screen will only be displayed after finishing all twenty-five.
