The Omega Syndrome

The Omega Syndrome is an CRPG with classic mechanics inspired primarily by Fallout. It casts the player into the shoes of a special agent working for MJ12 and sends him out on a quest to investigate an incident at the Omega Labs. The humans of the nearby town have been infected with the titular “Omega Syndrome” which turned them into zombies. The game draws its themes from classic pulp sci-fi from the 1940s-1950s, featuring aliens, rayguns, mutants etc.

The gameplay is very similar to Fallout. The player creates a character with stats, skills and feats, combat is turn-based and uses an action point system, and NPCs can be persuaded with a variety of dialog skills.
