A Special Art Contest Has Been Launched in Lost Ark to Celebrate Upcoming Echidna Raid

The Summer Heat update for Lost Ark is all set to arrive on June 19. It's going to introduce the Chaotic Continent of South Kurzan along with the first Kazeros Raid, which is Echidna. Full release notes are scheduled to arrive on June 18.

In celebration of the upcoming Echidna Raid, everyone is invited to join a special art contest. The competition is going to have a total of three winners get the inclusive in-game title which is "Masterpiece Creator." They also get 180 days of Crystalline Aura. However, it is the third reward that’s sure to motivate a lot of players. That's because the three winners get to have their artwork added as a loading screen to the game for several months.

How to Join

To qualify, players need to share their in-game name, Server, and Region. The artwork to be submitted should follow these guidelines:

Dimensions: 1920x1080px, 75 DPI or higher.

File format: JPG or PNG for entry and a PSD file will need to be provided by winners.

No key imagery in the bottom 25% of the image (covered by loading screen text in-game).

Proof of creation may be required.

Contestants need to submit their entries through the Official Lost Ark Discord Server between June 11 to June 28.

Selecting the Winner

As mentioned, three winners are to be selected from the entries submitted. To make sure that AI was not involved or that there was no plagiarism, finalists may be required to show proof of work. These include:

A video file recording either the entire creation process or major processes. The file can be sent as GIF or video format. It can also be uploaded on YouTube and a link can be sent.

If a video file is unavailable, pictures/images of the creation process are accepted like screenshots of the layers that show all work processes and the final outcome.
