Fairytale Horror Little Goody Two Shoes Comes Out in Time for Halloween

Square Enix Collective finally revealed the release date for its new title Little Goody Two Shoes. It's coming out on October 31 and to be available for the PC through Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and the Nintendo Switch. The game offers a mysterious new fairytale anime adventure but with a dark twist.

This narrative-focused horror adventure game is made possible by developer AstralShift. This studio is composed of an independent game development team that's based in Portugal. They're dedicated to creating games that have stunning cinematic and excellent narrative along with immersive storylines and evoking soundtracks.

Meet Elise

The game is set in the mysterious Kieferberg Village and focused on Elise, an ambitious girl who's more than determined to escape her humble life by becoming rich. However, it seems that the starts didn't align, and she is left with no other choice except to spend her days helping her neighbors with menial tasks as a way to make a living.

One day she discovers a part of beautiful and shiny red shoes that's buried in her backyard. She becomes bewitched and is now on a journey which rings her closer than ever into the heart of the mysterious Woods. The question that remains is whether Elise is willing to risk everything to make her dream come true of accept her situation and settle for a humble day-to-day life.

Day and Night

Things are not going to be easy for Elise considering that while Kieferberg may be small, it's also a devout village. That means she'll have to navigate carefully especially when it comes to her relationships with the villagers so as not to be suspected of witchcraft and left to die in the woods. What this means is that during the you'll need to make sure that the bonds Elise have with her fellow villagers are strengthened. These can be done through the fun mini-games.

However, once the moon rises it's important to remember that you have to make sure that Elise is fed, healthy, and sane, especially the multiple encounters with deadly foes in the Woods.
