It's been a little over a month since Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 was released. There's been a lot of excitement and recently developer Saber Interactive revealed what's being planned for the game.
For starters, players can look forward to the new Lethal Difficulty mode. There ‘also a new PvE operation titled Termination where players get to fight against the largest threat the Tyranid swarm has to offer which is the Hierophant Bio-Titan. Both of these are to be added to the game for free through the first major update.
The studio also said in a post that for the rest of this year and all throughout 2025, there's going to be lot of new content. Free updates include the Neo-Volkite pistol along with new PvE operations. There's also new PvP maps and even new modes. The highlight though would have to be the Horde Mode with challenges players to do one thing and that is to survive.
Season Pass
A Season Pass is also in the works and when it comes out, it's going to include the Dark Angels theme pack. Get ready for new weapon styles, new armor pieces, and new color schemes which feature the Unforgiven. There's also the Battle Barge which should be exciting new content. The Season Pass can be purchased for those who have the Standard Edition. It is included though with the Gold Edition and Ultra Edition.
