Latest Trailer for Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden Tells Us More About Life and Death

Early this month developer DON’T NOD and publisher Focus Entertainment released an extended trailer which gave us an idea on what to expect for the upcoming title Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. Now it's look like we're getting to know more about the game courtesy of the latest gameplay overview trailer.

Make the Choice

In the game, you take on the role of Banishers Antea Duarte and Red Mac Raith. The duo are experience spirit hunters and have been ssent to New Eden to try and life a mysterious curse as well as solve haunting cases. However, an ill-advised attack has resulted in Antea being killed and turned to one of the ghosts that she loathes. With this surprising turn, you now have to decide whether to honor the oath that you made or instead sacrifice the live in an attempt to bring back your beloved to life.

In the fight against supernatural creatures, you get to use the powerful weapons of Red and combine it with the spiritual abilities of Antwa to banish any of those souls that torment living.

Special Editions

In addition to the standard edition, you can also get the chance to own the Red Echoes Edition of the game which also comes with an ancient nad leather-effect notebook that's illustrated with Red's memories. There's also an ink writing set and the “Wanderer Set” DLC.

Another option is the Collector’s Edition of the game. Aside from the base game and the "Wanderer Set" DLC for Red, it also includes a modular statuette of Red and Antea, the official artbook of the game, an a Steelbook. You can also get two Banishers signet rings.

The only catch to these editions is that they're exclusive to the Focus Entertainment Store and available while stocks last.

Pre-order Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden on Steam now and receive the Wanderer Set DLC which comes with the Wanderer outfit along with the fabled weapons Cortador and Ascua. The game is coming out November 7 and to be available not only for the PC but also for next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S.
